Here Here! Could not have put it better myself :T Thanks.
Why not? I can chose whatever name I like (apart from my real one of course!). I'm assuming you are not actually named "Simon 31 Leeds".

As you have had a good look at my postings you will see that I have always tried to be helpful at every opportunity. I was not asking for advice on those threads but giving it. Same goes for tonight.

Sorry to be blunt but your advice is 'er C***,
MSE arent going to release their logs without a court order.
ISP's probably wont release their logs even with a court order.
It would be a civil matter so the police wouldnt involve themselves any way.

    About the DTDSearcher,

I dont think what he is telling us is the truth,

The reason is that I have also been pulled over a couple of times for this and when they SA told me that she needed to confirm with HO to check my voucher was correct (she told me that people are printing out the voucher but editing the amount) and they asked me for my email address and I told them that i use a disaposabe one because I dont want spam.

Each new recipt I get I make up a email address and never use a real one so really the first voucher will never match the second and so on.

There must be more to this story, For 1 I will never return a item as that will make you more noticable. and that's breaking a t&c.

I have had 47 of my vouchers back from yesterday, but am still awaiting 15. I am quite worried ;):rotfl:

Why are you cutting back? I remember when you were doing 90+ shops a day. What was it, every Tesco within a 50 mile radius...?:D
  • Fair cop - it's true - I haven't got a double-barrelled surname - you can just call me Mr Leeds ;)

    :)
In all seriousness though, do you see the point I'm trying to make? People can do whatever they like, I don't really care, but IF Mr T did decide to make an example of someone to put others off then there are a few sitting ducks on this forum.

Someone said it would take more than a couple of calls to get the true ID of a poster on this forum. Maybe so, but it would be quite easy anyway. All the info needed is logged at every stage on the servers.

Come on admit it. Be honest, who has lost a receipt or left it at the till, since this promotion has began.

    I've left one. A nice £20 plus one :o

Anybody else want to be part of the plonkers club?

If you haven't, name your most embarrassing moment. Like the cashier girl was your niece or something just as crazy :rotfl:

Tesco also have broken terms and conditions, It was not that long ago that you could use a voucher for say flora butter on any thing you have bought it store. EVEN tho on the voucher it said like "to the retailer, voucher can only be used for the product it is intended for" and how many times did tesco and asda allow it? lol

I think tesco STILL allow vouchers for products only if they stock the item but you do not have to buy it?

BTW if I was to be banned from tesco its no big deal.. they are over priced and this DTD offer has shown that.

My fella is a plonker, lost a lovely receipt for 20 pot noodles yesterday:mad:

Most embarrassing moment had to be when the young SA shouted to her mate the shift Supervisor, 'eh how good is this she's found a great way to scam that price difference thingy'

Me red in the face, 'no no it's not a scam honestly'

Lost 1 just yesterday for £12. I had 4 receipts on my bed, and I was about to enter the details when I accidentally knocked them down the back of the bed. To put it mildly, its a mess down there, and after 30 minutes of searching, with a torch, I still couldn't find the last one.

I think you are right on a few points. Personally I've never mentioned the store/s I shop in. It is asking for trouble. Neither have I said how many shops I've done or mentioned names of staff. There is sharing information - and also asking for trouble,

Imagine if I said I met this ugly and stupid trout supervisor in my local tonight. Fat, Smelly and wore Glasses and she was called Maureen. She was in the Wolf Blass Branch. Imagine her serving me tomorrow!!
