No worries - I understand now.

I was trying to get to the bottom of the 'over the limit' e-mails people were getting the other day using some data that people had given towards the end of thread 3 at an unearthly hour last weekend when pretty much only me and Stebiz were online and one of the possibilities I thought of was that there were some tracking cookies as an outside guess but defo not their current tactic (and I think they would have to declare this under DPA rules on the T&C's if they did) but I was just clarifying the research I'd done had drawn a blank.

In short, I reckon we're currently safe on that front and I still strongly believe the 'over the limit' e-mail kicks in when the first voucher to kick off any new set of spends combined with the total value of other spends is based on a £50 uncapped ASDA value.

Sounds overly complicated but don't think the 'over the limit' issue has been as prevalent as it was earlier in the DTD days so probably a non-issue now.

    :)

OK - sorry this is clearly what happens when you don't follow the whole of a thread then as you obviously weren't referring to what I thought. I blame the MIL for keeping me away from here and being unable to now catch up - mind you I always blame the MIL where ever possible but strangely it does seem to suit her (pity there's not a dragon emoticon)

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

Yes - you're the only one who has any vouchers left  :rotfl:.

I'll be trying some Frylight sprays if I get any vouchers - was looking at them to stock up on non-DTD items but mysupermarket is coming up with substitutions, I'll try & see as I want some anyway.

Well, a 1/2 bottle of Wolfblass washing down a Magnum is a pretty good end to the night, see you tomorrow for the next exciting adventures :T

Just having a quick look at the SS to see if there is anything I want to nip in for tomorrow and noticed Philadelphia is showing at £1.75. It was marked down to £1 in my main Tesco store yesterday so may be worth checking. I had it on my list but consequently didn't get any being as there are already 2 in the fridge.
