Is there a delay on vouchers at the moment because I sent one on wednesday night and I haven't heard back yet :o
  • Sorry if didn't make myself clear gemnjam - I'm saying the failure to deliver vouchers is definitely NOT cookie related and it is volume or store driven or a combination of the two. I am merely clearing my cookies between inputting any receipts for myself and entering them for the folks to ensure that any future changes have been anticipated IYKWIM.

If the theory is that failure to deliver vouchers is cookie related - does that not fall apart for those of us like me that input details at home wednesday and then spent that voucher at lunchtime yesterday and input it at work?
  • Lol - thought it might've done - great minds think alike n all that eh! ;)

Thanks Simon. The wolf bass made me think Simone was you :o I too think that it is volume related. I had a similar issue last week, one I had to wait a couple of days for a voucher to come through.

    Thanks for clearing it up.:T

Don't worry if u go every day for the next few wks ul soon be stocked up for months to come! Ul be like some of us on here and need new fridges/freezers and cupboard space

I think I may need to shop every day for the next 3 months to get enough wine to last me for 6 months.

Def buy the chardonnay. Very nice and makes you terribly chatty:T oh and the whole only costs 50p thing...
  • i was going to get these today but the shelf said buy 1 get 1 free:mad:
    so didnt bother

The ones I got where next to BOGOF butchers choice, but it didn't say bogof on the sel for these ones.

Just checked my receipt, and realised I got one and my mum got one on her receipt, so no idea if they are BOGOF or not lol.

    Hope they get confirmed tomorrow.

I hope all those who are admitting to making up email addresses in order to fraudulently obtain goods to which they are clearly not entitled are not posting from their home. If you are posting from your home you are NOT anonymous just because you made up a user name and used an email address which can't be linked to you when you registered for the MSE site. If Tesco decided to take action (i.e. pursue someone for fraud) after your written "confession", and you made the posting from your home, then all the police would have to do is make 2 phone calls - 1 to the MSE site to get the IP address of the poster and then 1 to the poster's ISP to find out who was using that IP address at the time the "confession" was made. You would then be "outed", full name and address etc.

The poster that said they had made up a new email address every day and did 5 shops/day to obtain 5 vouchers/day is the sort of thing I'm talking about. Very careless talk.

    Be Wise!!

Please let's not go down the Fraud line again. Tesco are advertising that they are cheaper than Asda - which simply is false. At least 1000 items (most not on the Tesco Spreadsheet) would confirm this.

In order to make the general public believe this is in fact true they have opened a promotion, were they agree to pay DTD if you find a product, that is cheaper at Asda.

Individuals are exploiting this. They also say that they will only pay out upto £100 a month - if they choose to pay more, that really is upto them. It would take 5 minutes for Tesco to add extra security to this promotion. They have chosen not to.
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies

Sorry - yes I understood what you were saying but for you to have been saying it then it must have meant that there were inferences from other posters that this was the case and I was trying again to clarify another reason why it could not be IYSWIM

I was trying to agree with you but obviously not in a very clear way - sorry
