Lovely male sa tonight. Older man, very chatty and helpful. Vouchers through with no aggro at all.

Got the 'evils' from another sa when I bypassed her empty till. :eek:She was one I've always had trouble with from the old R&R days. She was the same when you could pay for all your shopping with coupons. She was one who seemed to resent you paying with anything other than cold hard cash, and showed it.

Anyway, I bought the 1.5 Kg Vanish tonight. Cost £12 so will report back tomorrow if it works.

Isn't it Tesco towers go slow day tomorrow though. Don't usually put receipts in on a Thursday, so we'll see what happens. I had to go this evening, as due to argument with a wheelie bin on Sunday I couldn't drive til today, and was suffering DTD withdrawal symptoms. :D

Just entered my first DTD receipts and anxiously waiting for news!

Can someone explain how you can enter an email address that you have no access to and still get the voucher? Doesn't the voucher come through on the email you provide?

Apologies as I'm sure I saw something on this, perhaps in thread part 3, but I don't think I have a hope of finding it in there again!

check on here to see if someone says vouchers have arrived, go to price checker, input receipt detail and voucher pops up

just enter the details again the next day and if its ready you can print it there from off the screen..

if you check here most people will say when the vouchers are in

    noticed on ss
    MISCELLANEOUS GRANULATED SUGAR1KG PACKET £0.98 £0.68

I got the white packet at Tescos for 68p and it was pricematched to Asda at 68p too..
maybe should have bought the Tate and Lyle one..

I went to get the icing sugar today, two brands there, same size same price, can't remember the name of the other, but the one I got, was silver spoon, and said on the SEL Miscellaneous Icing sugar.

Maybe the granulated sugar is similar, 2 brands, and you've to get the correct one?

I don't see the hassle with receipts!

You don't need it, so why would you want it back anyway????
I staple mine to the voucher and dont have a problem with them keeping them, but just interested as to why they are insisting now, and what if I had bought an electrical item? the way she said 'well you cant' looked like she enjoyed it too :D

Has anyone else put their receipts in this late at night and still received the vouchers the next day??

Only just got back from shopping with my mum and we got stuck in a jam on the way home.
  • did my shop today & the SA called over supervisor to authorise the coupon because 'they aren't allowed to do them any more'
Also noticed that my till receipt says 'NS TESCO/SUPPLIE 20.00' on it & not coupon 20.00 (as on previous receipts)

was in a tesco I don't usually visit ... be interesting to see what they do in my local one when I get to do a shop there in few days time

Interesting, just sorting my receipts for tomorrow and I noticed that one of the till receipts from yesterday says ' offer promise £19.18 instead of the usual coupon £xx.xx.
