My IFA was aware of my various disabilities. I just read over the relevant sentence in the Key Features, several times, but that's one thing. Could be old age. Could be severe fatigue. In my view, it's irrelevant to the issue of the clarity of the MVR in the documentation given to me. The dyslexia is only relevant in relation to suggestions of me being more sensitive than most to insinuations of stupidity. Advice: a lot of people with disabilities are. Or they become very cynical. I went for sensitive. I still consider that most people are kind and considerate. I want to continue to believe that.

In that case, I think he had a higher duty of care. A wise adviser would acknowledge that higher duty and record how it was discharged in their client file.
