One worktop now completely clean and clear in the kitchen :j , the other one 1/3 done and I think I've had enough for today. If kitchen day stays on Mondays I have two more chances to get there before going back to work (plus anything else I can get done on other days).

Tea dishes cleared away, DW on and the remnants of Mt Washmore are in the WM. DS1 has managed to avoid work all day, so he'll have to make up for that tomorrow. Time to check out what's lurking on the sky box and maybe do some marking. Or I could finish my book.

Finally hoovered and mopped the kitchen floor.

Time for a beer and a bit of tv before bed. Younger two are sleeping down the playhouse, taken the old portable and PS2 down there bless them.

Hi everyone,

Fridge is now de-manked and out of the past its best veg I made aubergine and courgette parmigiani, somerset bean stew an cauli and broccoli cheese (no I'm not another veggie!). I also baked a focaccia bread to fo with the parmigiani for tonight's meal. Kitchen is now re-tidied and wiped. Today's washing is dry and folded apart from the stuff that needs ironing.

Hi everyone

I had a little bit of a slow day yesterday due to a self inflicted sore head! Wasn't up to going out so I pottered around and got the house spick and span with the help of OH.
He had done tea before I got home from work tonight so I feel a bit lazy with no flying to do... well, apart from a massive pile of ironing but I need to be in the right frame of mind to tackle that

evening thought i'd just pop in to say night before i crawl upstairs to my bed! didnt get much done since last post ended up going down to the harbour with more bait and taking DS's tea down to him. have spent the last hour checking out the tesco DTD thread and just HAD to pop out to buy things just to try it!
