I'm only up to page 2 this week so appologise. Hope everyone is ok.

I'm a bit off list today. Kitchen has had dailies done. Bathroom has been glossed and it's radiator painted. DH's tshirt has had coffee stain removed. 3x WM got rained on when nearly dry outside. Official phone calls made for parents and hopefully sorted.

I'm hoping to finish bathroom tomorrow then I can put in the lovely things I have been squirreling away for the last few months and recycle old stuff or reuse.

Off to post parents' letter on way to school run.

    Back soon

    Lots of Love

    xx

    HHC at 330 anyone ????????????????

I'll join you. :D Since my last post I've done quite a bit more clearing, cleaning and sorting in the kitchen. Made lunch for all of us and decluttered a short snooze. Had to bring the washing in as it was raining and finished it in the TD.

Just had a cuppa and a hot cross bun, so this time round I'll peg more washing out (it's sunny again) and carry on in the kitchen. DSs will be put to work again (DS1 has done nothing yet), which will no doubt increase Mt Washmore. I'll also fold the dry towels and bedding and put them away.

Decluttering question (well sort of decluttering)

If you are the only child of only children and have no descendants what do you do with all the paperwork etc. from your late parents and grandparents?

Part of me feels I do not have the right to get rid of it - which another part of me knows is daft as, at some point in the future, someone else will bin it all anyway.

    Daft bint aren't I :o

That made me really sad.. who will remember you all? The end of that genetic line.. ok.. so I am pathetic..
What kind of paperwork? Assuming marriage/death certificates not bank statements? who would deal with the rest of the estate? Can it not be left to them or could you look for someone tracing your family tree several links over they might find it useful..

LW I went on a long weekend workshop and had to explain to the organiser I was vegetarian, she said the first meal would be chicken, so I told her, I couldn't eat it, she said, I didn't realise you were vegan:eek: I then very politely explained I wasn't vegan, and if it made it easy for her, I didn't eat anything with a face :T I don't think she liked me very much after that :rotfl:

    DW done and emptied
WM done, washing dried and now just airing till I finish work
    Kitchen worktops cleaned
    Bread made
progress in the greenhouse - looking good out there :T

I really really need to clean the kitchen floor.

Pigpen I take all sorts to eat with me when I go anywhere, that way I don't feel bad about what I eat and I know I am not going to starve:D
    Sue
Do I need to eat it :o
    Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T

My 2 x HHC were a disaster! I have organised all 3 wardrobes and cleared out the non ironing clean clothes bag and hung all OH's joggers up.

other than that, the bed is now a mess with coathangers and ironing bags, i have a pile of clean washing to sort out and ive an odds and ends box that needs tidying away somewhere but i dont know where. am tempted to put it in a suitcase and shove it in the loft! however if we are moving soon i dont want to have to deal with it mid move so might as well sort it now. it is needed its just i have very limited storage in my current house so things get put in a box and forgotten about till its needed and i cant then find the bloomin thing.

Im going to be going to view the house we are buying at 6pm so i want to have the following done by then.

bed stripped and made as its half been done
    ironing collection booked
    ironing bag sorted out
    coathangers tidied away
    odds and ends box sorted
    dvds put into their boxes
    medicing away in medicine box
find somewhere to put shoes that ive cleared out the wardrobe. the odds and ends box may become a shoe box.
