Hello all;
I'm in again this week; many thanks FCC. I shall be taking it steady though (please tell me off if I fail to keep to this) as I have a busy weekend ahead, and will need plenty of spoons.
Well, we went for our trundle yesterday afternoon – and it seems I need new scooter batteries! We got out OK, went about half a mile before Mr LW said we should turn for home; part way back, the scooter kind of died, so we did the last bit with Mr LW pushing it from behind!
Thank goodness it did that when we were both out, not me on my own with dogs! Mr LW has ordered some new batteries, and we'll be able to collect them on Friday as he'll be on early shift, working from home that day.:o
Toots glad the move went so well; good luck, and many happy days in your new home.
Piggers are you feeling a ittle better now you're in your own place again – with food you can actually eat? I do so sympathise – I've been in a similar situation with people assuming that vegetarian = fish eater.
Mumto5 best wishes for both you and your Mum.
Happy Birthday Needmoretime.:bdaycake:
We've managed to tackle a few tasks off my Toots list;:T and others are WIP, so some progress is being made. Sad person that I am, I have a “Future Toots List”:D with things that will need doing later on – such as cleaning and sharpening the mower after the last grass-cutting of the year.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Right, I am back on it, and off for another HHC in the pit of doom on the dining table, anyone care to join in?It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

Happy Birthday Need More Time, hope you have a wonderful day
Was an insomniac last night, gave in and went to bed about 8 this morning for a couple of hours, then up at 11, showered, dressed, fed, some dishes washed, bottles taken for reclycing, car topped up, more cat litter bought and some stuff taken to the clothes bank. couldnt go to the charity shop as its being refurbished so a few games and a stepper are in the boot of the car for when its next open.
Jackie i will join you
