My home is a mess
Comments

oh dear, a few weeks away and lots to catch up on! I'll get that done when the tennis is finished
Well, things are bad here, very bad - not just the mess. Don't worry, no deaths or illnesses. Just very bad. But there isn't a thing I can do about it - not at the moment anyway - so I just have to live with it.
Really haven't done any de-messying, just the odd bit of throwing out rubbish really, a few dishes here and there. At the moment I can't imagine when or how this will change:o0 -
Some pictures at last.
Angles carefully chosen, obviously
My garden:
Ermm...you can see I need to tidy up the pots in this one...but the greenhouse (an Ebay bargain) was my last garden project.
And:
The old toy room:
And...decluttering to the max, I think:import this0 -
Oh, Cat (hugs)
Sorry to hear things aren't going well. The mess will wait. Goodness knows, mine has had to! xxximport this0 -
thank you Laurel xx What a beautiful garden you have!! *green with envy*:D0

Thanks, Cat
It has been hard work, but we're getting there.
(You sort of have to imagine it enclosed by massive Leylandii on two and a bit sides, with a broken fence and no path).import this0 -
Hugs Cat and anyone else who would like one! laurel's right, the mess can wait - be good to yourself, remember you deserve good things as well as hassle.
laurel how absolutely lovely - you will really enjoy that this summer!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

laurel7172 - what a beautiful garden you have!! Do you want to come and sorty mine out for me??? I aspire to having a garden like yours it's gorgeous!!
I've been fairly busy today, made biccies, a quiche, lemon loaf & some dropped scones. I also attempted to hang some washing out but was stopped in my tracks by Mr Farmer who said 'you can't hang washing out, there's a goose nesting on 8 eggs right underneath it and you might disturb it if you go over there!!' :rotfl:Sometimes i do wonder why i married him!!! Anyway, the washing is still sat in the basket while Mr Farmer rigs me up another washing line that isn't going to interfere with his goose breeding programme!! (not just any old geese mind, Chinese Red Breasted Geese!!)
In the meantime i've sorted the kids uniforms for school tomorrow, walked the mad pup and watched some tennis :j!! Good day all round i think!!
JxIt's a farmers life for me......:j0 -
Thanks, jps-I hope so!!
Farmerswife-it would be my dad you'd need. All the skilled labour has been his. I've just shopped and chopped and dug and weeded and mixed cement and passed tools. Lots of passing of tools...my father is of the generation where a craftsman *always* had a labourer to do the donkey work. Eeyore!!!
