Afternoon Messies. Still sunny here and, whatever kitty may say later, it's definitely spring warmth here.

Have done one WM load, and that's all, being just two of us. May change the bed in a little while, or later on. Have a meeting here tonight but, because of me being in 'cleaning mode' yesterday, all is in a reasonable state. :T

Afternoon, yes very sunny! Was told yesterday because of cataracts I should be very careful and use sunglasses.. Guess what I have routinely forgotten to take with me on every pop out today

I have just done something really really gross... yes, I have just washed the boys car seats.

The seats live int he car of course, but this weekend OH has gone off in it and needs the back seats so brought the chairs up.

THE COLOUR OF THE WATER!!! I am now putting vanish through its paces in the washing machine.

DW emptied and partly refilled
Just finished a second lot of DW, cooling down ready to unload
WM emptied and on line, load 2 is now on. There is about 6 to do today :eek: 4th load just gone in

Kitchen swished and wiped - oh no that is flylady speak! Please, quick, someone pull me back to Messy Land :rotfl:
Had to be done again - next time I will make the chilli the night before :eek:

Hall hoovered and decluttered.

I wish I had taken before and after shots... They have come out beautiful. And no longer smell faintly of sick.

I inherited a Navy blue tartan blanket from my Nan. When I washed it I found it was really Royal Blue and Green. Goodness knows how long it had been since she had washed it-probably never.:eek:

Busy bees today I see. Iv been buzzing around too. Iv scrubbed the stairs and landings, mopped the kitchen and hall, washed a mountain of dishes ,three loads of washing and scrubbed the bathroom.
Im going to change our bedding and have a shower.
The thought of a home check to foster a dog has give me a kick start.

Not busy.

Absolutely shattered with a heavy dose of CBA.

Getting very demoralised. Trees not planted, ceilings not painted, "new" recycled curtain not up.

Cleared out spice cupboard, needed one more organiser, shop out of stock until next week. So even that isn't finished.

Stuff I managed to put on Ebay-not a bid, so wasted effort there. All I seem to be able to do atm is work and sleep. Or not sleep.

And I've still got a path foundation to dig, a tonne each of sand and gravel to bring from the drive to the back garden...and then it will be time to start on the path. It was a big mistake to slog all the Christmas holidays, and now it looks as though I'll have to do the same through half term and Easter.

I'm a bit fed up.

BUT....one of the things that is making me fed up is no washing line....and the new poles will go in with the path. Onwards...there is an end. Probably.
