    Morning All

I am a long time lurker and I thought 2012 should be when I stand up and admit..."Help my home is a mess!"

I have many excuses :- I work full time and long hours, I have 2 kids, I havent been well, the house needs totally redecorating and updating so its hard to get motivated etc.

But, if I am really honest the truth is, I am just easily distracted and I am bordering on plain lazy sometimes. After a day at work I come home with good intentions but then get distracted by the tv or a good book, or...I spend a lot of time planning and thinking about how I will attack a room, but I never actually getting started.

My cleaning routine tends to be, that if I know someone is coming round I run around the house like a tasmanian devil and part clean and part "hide" things in cupboards and drawers and shut the door on the rooms I just cant get to. I have always cleaned very much on the "out of site, out of mind" idea, and it has to stop.

So.... expect to be seeing a lot more of me on here. ;)
    Aims for 2014
Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once. :D
