Sheets washed an on the line - dog bedding from downstairs done, upstairs beddding going in now (yes she is spoiled but saves dragging her stuff everywhere!)

Now, decisions, decisions - do I do the remaining cupboards in the kitchen (3 small ones, not too bad but could do with a bit of 'help' - or start another room? Hmmmm!!!

    Good morning messies :D

    Good morning all
    Welcome to the new messies.
Well my kitchen now looks worse than it did yesterday.
New fridge/freezer was delivered but when we took the old one out of the alcove we realised that the new one is taller. I must have miscalculated when measuring the space.
Meant that DH had to knock a whole in the wall above the space so that it would fit in.
That then let to lots of plaster and dust and a big whole in the wall.
When we cleaned the plaster up and mopped the floor, I managed to knock over the bucket of water. It went all over the plugs by the computer.
Then had to dry them out (luckily they are still working).
It was just like a farce but not so funny.
Anyway at least the floor is clean now even thought the vinyl has another hole in it from when the old fridge was moved.
Sorted out some magazines out of the rack which was over flowing. Going to take them to my sisters so she can read them and then recycle.
Today I have a busy work day so not much cleaning/decluttering will be done.
Good luck to everyone for today.

Oh Snooky, Your cats really love you! I remember when my cat was younger he used to bring in lots of mice and voles etc but we would always find them headless in his food dish. Where did the heads go?? Were they the tasty bit??

The cat stayed with my dad when I moved into my flat. Dad is having a birthday party for Jazz (the cat) tomorrow. He turned 19 this week!:T

(And I thought throwing a party for a cat's 18th was a bit barmy but I guess it will happen every year from now on.)

Really feel for you i just hate it despite extreme efforts to be good i end up making a a bigger mess.

My latest disaster was, having for once, an immaculate clean tidy kitchen I decided to organise the cupboards I dropped two jars of pickled beetroot,it went everywhere, worktop, wall, freezer, floor.
looked like there had been a murder. I just cried.

I'm having another CBA day today, as the weekend has been earmarked by my OH for "sorting the spare room out".Oh I do despair when he is in a bossy mood, but he is very organised /ocd compared to Moi;):D
Can't recall who has the predatory cat,but my little staffy brought me a lovey dead rat out of the woods the other day:eek::eek::eek:It was nearly as big as her:eek::eek:
