Hey Messies, can't remember when I last posted as I've been all over with shifts. I've not had chance to do a lot, but it's my weekend off so I should have plenty of vacuuming and washing done!

This evening I'll probably do some washing up and sort some things for the charity bags. They seem to be coming through the letterbox every day! I always forget to put them out in the morning, then it's too late lol:)

Afternoon, im having a well earned break lol. Been up and down this hll so many times today im whacked! lol

The dentist has said my daughters tooth much of had some sort of trauma wihtin the last 3 weeks as the actual nerve has been killed off. She did b ang her mouth on the trampoline a couple of weeks ago but it wasnt bleeding and she only cried for a few mins then went playing again, but i cant think of any other times she has banged it. Anyhow an abcess has now formed above the tooth so she is on antibiotics and has to go back next weds. if the tooth hasnt come out by then they are taking her into hospital to take it out under anesthetic :(:( poor baby

On the plus side my house is passable as almost tidy and i got my sons bedroom carpet ordered to be fitted next thurs....just means i have untill then to strip it and redecorate it!!!!

You poor DD :( my DD had a spare tooth growing in her gum, it didn't show up till they xrayed her mouth ready for braces so they had to take it out in hospital then she had to wait for it to heal :(

I moved to Derbyshire from Norfolk 6 yrs ago and still find walking up the hills here a killer :rotfl:

    Evening all

Hugs to all the poorlies and the kiddies - ohhh Abcesses are bloomin awful, your poor DD

Spent most of the day at the Lottie and then got kiddies from school, picked up Mum and we all went for a meal at the Toby Carvery near us - cheap meal but I do prefer DH's cooking!!!

    Tomorrow I am on my own from 10 till 3 and in that time I have to;

    Clear DR table
    Do the ironing
    Clear LR floor
    Clear coffee table
    Clear side table
    Dust TV
    List 10 items on Fleabay
    Clear worktop at microwave
    Sort big kitchen unit out
    Clear gibble from kitchen corner

I'm typing it up so that I have to report back with what I've done lol

I've had wallpaper for my LR for a year now - actually its 14 months - I just CBA to do it as it means moving so much which is another reason for sorting out the storage in our bedroom which will be done by the end of July, then, stuff from the LR gets stored up there and then I can decorate, long term plan is to have it done in time for Xmas!!

    Have fun everyone

Hello Messies - I havent been about much this week due to health playing up, being busy at work and also old family issues coming up AGAIN!
House is a midden, there isnt a clean plate or a clean pair of knickers in the place. So plan for the weekend is to pick myself up, dust myself off and start all over again (Im sure there is a song in there somewhere!)
We have had takeaways for the past 4 nights - the cupboards and freezer are bursting with food but the kitchen has been such a guddle that I couldnt make a meal without having to gut it all first! Oh the shame.
I am so tired and sore I could cry but then again the state of the house gets you down too - I felt much better when I was tidier (is it chicken and egg? which came first, the mess or the feeling fed up!)
I am going to try and read through and catch up and get my motivation up. Go go messies!!!!

A guddle is a good scottish word for a mess, a muddle etc - I love it!
Candy do you have PA? I ask as you mentioned B12 injections. I have been diagnosed with it in the last 6 months and finding that my injections of B12 are too far apart.

    Hello everyone!

I booked today off work and.....................slept. Sounds very lazy but I get terrible PMT which really drains me so I find giving in and sleeping the best bet. I do feel better now and have done a quick tidy up so ready to battle the dust beasties tomorrow!

I've had a darn good potter though MSE as well and feel invigorated about spending. Been slipping a lot lately and need to rein it all in.

Will have a bubbly soak soon and then an early night.

    Have a great evening!
