I spent £40 on a bunch for my OH a couple of years back. When they came, there were less than half the number of flowers that were shown in the picture. Didn't kick up a fuss, just never using interflora again.

I got my call back from Intaflora today, and they have absolutely no idea where my flowers have gone. The guy couldn't be more apologetic and gave me a full refund as well as arranging for another bunch to be delivered either this afternoon or tomorrow. They didn't turn up today, so fingers crossed for tomorrow. Fingers crossed they look alright as well!

I've been searching for a reliable place to order flowers from recently, and every time I searched for reviews online I came across so many bad ones! I was really struggling to find anywhere that had mostly good reviews. In the end I went with Charity Flowers as I've used them before and they seemed ok - just have to wait and see if they turn up where and when they're meant to now!!

It's a shame that flower delivery seems to go wrong so often, especially when they're usually sent on special occasions or to cheer people up, as others have said! :(

I placed an order with Interflora on Thursday, two weeks before Mothers' Day. On the following Saturday I read an article in the Daily Mail which compared the six largest companies. Interflora was voted the worst with something like 50%. I almost rang them on the Monday to cancel my order but I'm so glad I didn't.

I ordered a bunch of red tulips since they're the only flowers I know for certain that my mother adores. I was very specific; only red tulips. The florist could arrange them however they liked as long as they were red tulips. Mothers' Day comes. I get an e-mail early in the morning to say my flowers are on their way. Around 2:30pm, I get a knock on the door with the NICEST bunch of tulips I've ever seen. They look like they cost a lot more than I paid for them (£40 plus £6.99 delivery).

One or two petals are drooping but the bunch itself still looks great over a week later. I'll definitely be using the Interflora franchise in my area again!

Do you work for them by any chance?

I have never used Interflora before and don't think I would want to after reading this thread.

Hmm, call me cynical but... I smell a rat :-/. Would love to be proven wrong though!

For a start, I wasn't aware you could specify flowers so precisely (our florist was at pains to explain how 'prescriptive' Interflora was when it came to making up the bouquets), nor that e-mails were sent out by Interflora to say that the flowers were on their way (if only!).

Really... the time would be better spent dealing with the genuine customer disatisfaction displayed on this thread...

Oh, and almost forgot to say that my husband received a 'how did we do?' survey from Interflora yesterday, on the very day we returned the flowers for the second time!!! You have to laugh!!!

Glad you got your refund! Hope your flowers turn up, in good shape too :).

We're waiting for our refund to hit the bank account now... :)

I'd really love to see a bunch of tulips that looked like it was worth a lot more than £47 - I can't even think of anything funny to say about it...

There are no bunches of tulips on the Interflora site for £40 (£31.95 is the nearest, which seems dear enough to me).
