Hi :)

My husband kindly bought the following bouquet from Interflora for my birthday. It's called 'Pink Perfect' and in the photo on their website looks lovely: http://www.interflora.co.uk/catalog/product.xml?product_id=2471886;category_id=5

So they arrived on Tuesday, and although my initial impression was that they looked a bit sparse, I reserved judgement because they were a present :). By Friday (3 days) two of the flowers had died completely and the rose had failed to open. I then compared them to the internet picture and realised the carnations were missing completely & the whole bouquet seemed to be the wrong colour! Here's a couple of photos:

I complained over the telephone to Interflora who immediately organised a replacement. Within 2 hours the old flowers were collected and new ones delivered - but, we're still disappointed :(. The carnations are included this time...but...well, please jusdge for yourselves and let me know what you think:

To be honest, I almost didn't accept them, but now I have I'm not sure what to do. Think I might chalk this up to experience and avoid Interflora from now on. When I order flowers for friends I generally contact florists directly but my hubby didn't know that. Although I'm not sure it would have made much difference in this case!!!

PS The difference in colours is not due to my camera....

They are disgraceful, it looks like a child has arranged them.

I have ordered these before and they were lovely. Send Interflora these pictures and ask if they think they are a suitable standard.

You should be receiving more than a refund IMO.

They look terrible, both sets. Must be really disappointing! Do you know if the replacement bunch was made up by the same florist as the first? The white flowers are different flowers for a start and it doesn't look like there's anywhere near enough flowers in it. Hope you get sorted!

I'm not very good at succinct. Why say something in 10 words when 100 will do?

Thanks for the responses :). Yes, the second arrangement came from the same florists.

I showed this thread to my husband and he immediately rang Interflora again, who gave us an e-mail address. I've now sent them photos and we're waiting to hear back from them!

I think i'd be asking where the other half of the arrangement is because that's less than half of the flowers in the picture. That is shocking OP, truly.

wow and i thought id had problems with them, we sent my mum and dad some anniversary flowers and they came with the wrong name on the card (not good when it waas their 31st wedding anniversary), then ordered some for both sets of mums for mothers day and paid extra for chocolates wich never got delivered, Thankfully we got out postage costs back and the money for the chocolates. We also now have a note on their system that if our mail adrss was to order from them again the order should be double checked, wich im not sure could lead to trouble but at least they responed.

They are very bad flowers though id bbe disgusted and wanting more than a free bunch back.
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed
