surely not locked in if they have not kept their end of the deal/contract....did you take screen shots etc of the order process?No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
Unfortuantely, the one time I didn't take screen shots was the time they mess me around.
I think I will wait until the outcome of the Topcashback which I'm hoping will go in my favour meaning there is proof of me getting their deal online0 -

4 X £25 M&S vouchers came recorded delivery in the post this morning...well chuffed.No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
Similar story to the above for me! I took out a TV subscription online, got a confirmation email and within 5 mins got a cancellation email. I then called them , and was reassured that I would definitely still get the vouchers. This was during the first week in March.
On 13th April, I submitted an email query and was originally told that would not qualify, as took it out on phone. I explained what had happened, and got a reply that I would get them, but it would take up to 45 days from install date. ( I kept that email). Having had 2 emails sent this week reminding them that the 45 days is up ignored, I called them this morning and was told that there are no notes about this on my account. The girl I spoke to says that she has submitted a query form and I'll get a response within 72 hours.
I am definitely not letting them get away with this, as they have mucked me about on so many points. Looks like it may have to be the ASA for me!!0 -
UPDATE: I know people (including myself) are sceptical about these things but I decided to email the executive customer enquiries and Jeremy Darroch regarding this because I was fed up with hitting a brick wall with the normal channels of enquiry including the "where are my vouchers" email address.
They called back the next day and said regardless of whether we went through a third party or not, we should still have been entitled to the vouchers.
Although they said delivery would take 45 days :eek:. I seem to atleast have gotten somewhere!0 -
Just to let you know that I have received a reply since my last post. I got an email saying that entitled to £100 of vouchers! (I think it should have only been £50), but that it will take ANOTHER 45 days to process, They've offered me £100 credit on my account as an alternative, which I've accepted. I've checked online and this has now been done :T0

I never received my refer a friend M and S vouchers from around 5 years ago, despite a couple of years of chasing every couple of months. Gave up in the end, I know many others who have never recieved them.0

Received my vouchers today! Actually the service has turned around since the beginning of this saga. I received a text and email from Sky when they dispatched the vouchers and signed for them 2 days later
Does anyone know if they have an expiry date? I've checked on the vouchers but there doesn't seem to be one0
