I am waiting for the £100 M+S vouchers, The thing is they are showing has arrived on 24/03 (checked my sky account online).. They have not arrived and i was wondering is anyone else waiting for them? I did ring sky and they said there was a delay but i just want to know if there are others in the same boat as me or if not should i carry on calling up.

Nearly two years ago I was promised £50 in Tesco vouchers for taking the full Sports package .......never materialised despite numerous phone calls! In the end I abandoned the "chase" as I'd spent £££s on calls ..plus wasted a lot of my time - if you look back thru past posts you will see that this is a very common problem!!0

I use the free phone number to chase them up
They wont get away with this. Thanks for your post. Jan Wins: .0 -
I took out subscription with Sky last month, and was promised £50.00 of vouchers. My account originally said "processing" now just disappeared!! Having read other posts, I guess I will not hold my breath.0

Similar thing happened with me - vouchers never showed up. Called them up and they just put a £50 credit on my account.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A
If you find my posts useful, "pay it forward" and help someone else out, that's how places like MSE can be so successful.0 -
Got a letter today saying it will now take 45 days to receive them.Jan Wins: .0

I've just called Sky as my account says that mine have been delivered too! Apparently, 'delivered' doesn't mean that they have actually arrived but that they are in the process of being 'delivered' and and going through the dispatched process with Royal Mail! My vouchers have been marked on their system as being sent on 24th March and I've been informed that it can take a couple of weeks for them to turn up.
Hmmm.... convinced?0 -
I also noticed the same message saying that my M&S vouchers had been delivered in my sky online account although I haven't actually received them as of yet either. However, you can chase the problem by email. Sky have setup a specific link for customers who have not yet received their vouchers, which is as follows: sky.com/helpcentre/account-and-billing/no-vouchers/index.html (you will need to copy and paste this address as I'm unable to insert hyperlinks due to being a relatively new forum user unless somebody else wants to include the hyper link on my behalf

Be sure to click the CONTACT US link in the middle of that page and you will then need to login to your sky account online. Include your Sky account number and give details of how and when you signed up to Sky if possible. You will then receive an automated reply acknowledging your email and Sky aim to respond to all queries on this matter within 48 hours. It's much easier contacting Sky about the problem via this method rather than trying to find somebody with the right knowledge through the call centres. Incidentally, Sky do state in their T&Cs when signing up that it can take up to 45 days for the M&S vouchers to arrive, albeit their message in people's online Sky accounts is slightly misleading when describing the vouchers as "delivered" when it should in reality be "processing" or "despatched."0 -
Hm.. I should have received mine too.. but theres nothing about it on the account...
I just tried to call them up but they wouldn;t speak to me as the account is in my OH's name. I'll ask him to call up when he gets home from work.
Btw a free number for Sky customer services is: 0800 04664340 -
I had an email and a text sent to me from Sky on Friday to advise that my vouchers should be with me within 5 days and that they were being sent by recorded delivery. Low and behold, a knock on the door from the post man the following day...
I now have my £50 M&S vouchers. 0
