There's not a single touchscreen phone on the market that doesn't suffer that problem. Even my Nokia 5800 does.KillerWatt wrote: »Just don't hold it while you make or receive a phone call :rotfl:
Actually (can't believe I am saying this: it was otherwise an awful handset!)
I had an LG Viewty-i, it locked itself immediatly as a call was answered, you'd unlock it by pressing a button on the side, it was a real hassel when calling an automated service which asked to repeatedly "press 3"..etc to be put through to the relevent department as the handset would lock itself after every number was pressed but was not a problem to make calls, I wasn't worried about tapping anything I shouldn't have been!
Maybe there are other LG handsets now which offer this and are actually brain-pain and stress free!*cough* blackberry *cough*
May not be so friendly for arthritus laiden hands though.;)0 -

Not every smartphone suffers in the way the iPhone 4 does and drops the call though which is what I suspect the original comment was aimed at. Its supposedly fine with one of the free bumper cases on the phone if that helps.0 -
