dvd2svcd will do this and it's free. For advice have a look at https://www.doom9.org he has some useful guides on there. Also, https://www.videohelp.com has some useful info and guides.
Be aware that video conversion can take a fair old time unless you have a beast of a PCIt's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
That's strange, that it does not play on a normal DVD player. Both of my players play raw MPEG files.
When you play the file in a media player, go to properties and tell me what is there. In terms of file type, pixel size and frames per second.0 -
If it IS MPEG, could it be that your DVD player doesn't play DVD+R?0
-
Thanks Donnie
The file is MPEG video
size 1.97 GB (2,117,625,856 bytes)
size on disc 1.97 GB (2,117,627,904 bytes)
I don't think it is my dvd player as it plays other dvd copies and multi region stuff no problem ...i don't have a divx player i think they might play this type of file ....but thats my problem I don't really understand this stuff to wellDonnie wrote:If it IS MPEG, could it be that your DVD player doesn't play DVD+R?:A0 -
Pixel size( *** x ***) and frames per second(fps) please. You'll get that from the Media Player when you are playing the video.0
