I live in the present, and there is NO room for complacency unless you don't mind losing your money.

What you are saying may have been true in the past, thats why most of the companies have closed down.
Now all CPW companies let you see under your account what dated bills need to be sent via email or post.

The other companies need to follow that as well as stop asking customers to send all bills and then look for a reason not to pay.

If you check the terms of other companies such as dialAphone, phoneboxmobiles and p4u the terms of CPW are easy to follow.

The process is not hard to understand and no point in making it sound like its a big thing because its not.

The companies I am talking about are 1) Not "closed down" - as I clearly describe and 2) The process is "hard to understand" when one int=struction informs you to send the August bill whilst another clearly tells you to use the September bill - actual examples of a recent deal for one of my people with the first claim in those approaching months. Even the t&c themselves contradict themselves - Month "6" is not always the month given in their specific example when using their own t&c definition of month 6. Bounced cheques come from this dealer - also recent - as have been late payments (and no payments), no acknowledgements or acceptance confirmations of any kind and a lot more.

Only two dealers I know of (and am using) require more than one bill per claim - and at least their t&c are perfectly clear and unambiguous.

People can jump in and follow the simple instructions - and IF they choose the right ones they MAY get their money. I (and the people I order for) prefer to make sure, regardless of any tricks the dealer attempts to pull - and THIS dealer does).
