People on this forum

Are they allowed to talk to you as though you are a piece of **** on the bottom of their shoe?

That's all I've had today, and it's making me think twice about visiting this forum. All I've tried to do is pass on experience to someone who asked, and I've been called a liar and basically stupid!!!

I suggest you have a look at some of the phrases you posted yourself, and consider how you would feel if someone made such rude and sarcastic comments directed at you:

    What are you talking about???
And how did it not make sense?? Do you not speak English???
Rubbish?? Shall I read you another fairy tale? PMSL

These are comments you wrote on the paypal thread. Is it any wonder people were rude back when you put these comments on there?
  • You big liar, are you THAT stupid??

Sorry, that was my very bad attempt at a joke :D
I have noticed that there are some nasty people on here who need to get out into the real world a bit more often. Don't take it to heart, there are idiots everywhere, there's no getting away from them :)

    Living and loving it :)

As I didn't write them until AFTER they suggested that I lied and didn't understand how paypal work, yes. Or is that not ok? But it is alright for them to say those things to me??? And I wasn't being rude, thanks.

I would love to, but I am not that mean. I come on here to get advice, and give it when I can. If that's all the thanks I get, I don't think I'll bother anymore :(

Can I suggest you re-read your posts? You come across as rude to me. Although I appreciate you probably did not mean to be.

    Woah!

How am I coming across as rude??

The OP asked advice, I gave it, and for my trouble was accused of lying and told "to learn how to use paypal properly". And I'm being rude?

There was me thinking I was informing them what could (and did) happen.

(Note to self - Naughty jaibaby! Musn't do that!)

You are right - I've read the posts - some replies were strong in response to your help.

But the argument then escalated over who knew what, and you lost the high moral ground just a little.

Have a glass of wine and remember most of us appreciate the help that is given. If tempers rise - give them back what they gave you.

You did - and tomorrow's another day

you're coming across as rude because you keep posting sarcastic responses to people. comments such as those already highlighted, and your response to my earlier post.
