With respect - I think that you need to try and be more optomistic. Everyone has crap thrown at them, but you need to work out whether you are going to throw it back, or wipe it off and get on with it.

When you know what has happened then you can make comments like that but seeing as you dont then shush
Have you got a job yet?

    NO? Then :shhh:

According to your posts, your attitude, your general indifference to all and sundry I am of the opinion that your situation must be the worst of anyone who ever posted on this site ever.

Maybe if you stopped feeling so sorry for yourself and actually took control over your situation you would not be in such a trough.
Quite frankly, fred, you are rude and obnoxious to anyone who offers advice or disagrees with you or gives a perfectly feasible option.

    Can`t get rid of sky
    Can`t get to the library.
Can`t do this, that and the other for whatever reason.

If you can`t get to the library, how do you get to the shops?

Now where do I start with the statements you have made. Nah I wont bother as I dont have to explain to you.
I have already cut down sky and have cancelled sky full stop! so who said we cant get rid of sky?
As for the other stuff then again I will tell you to shush as you no nothing, plus I dont see every other person having to explain why they cant get about. For all you know I maybe severely disabled.

If you are severly disable (or even moderately) you will be entitled to funding for your transport, disability living allowance and carers allowance, all of which will pay any extra mobility costs. Libraries, all public building and shops legally have to be accessible, so even if you think/thought the library was inaccessible things have changed. Your disabled daughters should be getting DLA for any additional costs they incur if SKY is so essential it should be paid for out of that, if it can't be there you may have long term issue because at some point their benefits/DLA will be paid to them and they will have to be independent (parents aren't around forever) if they can't meet/budget their essential needs around you may need to plan long term care in some sort of home/institution/supported community where they can be cared for.

I'm glad you stepped in as i was just about to say something.

fred is asking for advice and help - as do many posters.

we all try and offer that, and that's all it should be. it's up to the individual if they want to take on those ideas. we cannot control other peoples lives and we shouldn't pass judgement as we never know all of a person's circumstances.

likewise, 'people, please don't get funny' (just leave the thread), if people do start to get 'funny' etc, just ignore them.

that applies to all of us!;)

If people have given up their time and effort in response to a request they often feel that thanks rather than accusations of bullying are in order. You don't get anything for free, if you want advice you have invited people to make comment and judgement (that's exactly what an SOA is for - for other people to make comment on judgments regarding budgeting and priorities).

I guess you'd say of course nobody ever say no to their kids or criticise their behaviour if being irresponsible because that would be judging them and controlling them :rotfl:
