Have you actually received proper stamped court papers, or just a meaningless letter which says they might take you to court? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Firstly, have you been issued with proper court papers from a County Court... or just another threat letter saying they are intending to start legal proceedings?
If you have been issued with court papers have you contacted the court and checked that they are genuine? You should!!! It is not unheard that some PPC's send out fake court looking court papers as a final tactic.
If you really have been issued court papers then don't worry, you will, with the help from this and the https://www.pepipoo.com forum, most probably win your case.
So, please check out and answer the above questions and re-post when you have the answers.
When we know if we are genuinely dealing with a county court, then we can start to help you.0 -

...and calm down... hacking people off on this forum will not help you if indeed they are taking a punt at you in County Court and we can help you!
Trust us and you will still not be paying them anything!
... or are you a PPC troll????0 -
I've received two pink letters from ICC Legal services both telling me to pay within the next 7 days or I will have either court proceedings or baliffs sent round. How can I realistically get out of this without paying when I only have 7 days?0

So you haven't actually received court papers. All you have received is yet more meaningless letters from a powerless debt collector. They just cannot "send bailiffs around". A bailiff is an "officer of the court" and for them to get involved the case would have to go to court (very unlikely) you lose (very, very unlikely) and THEN you refuse to pay whatever the judge orders.
Don't confuse them with debt collectors who are just private citizens with no special powers. They cannot enter your property, they cannot seize goods and they cannot blacken your credit record over a private parking ticket. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Before we go any further do you or don't you have sealed (stamped) court papers? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
No he does not, they have now sent the dreaded
PINK BOLD letters to him, which the OP has mistaken for "legal proceedings".
Be very very careful, they may use the
GREEN BOLD letters next and the even the
RED BOLD letters, oh no not the red bold letters.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Listen unless you get stamped sealed court papers from the COURT.

Surely if I did refuse to pay what the judge orders they'd have rights against me? At the end of the day, I just don't want nonesense like this affecting my career.Listen unless you get stamped sealed court papers from the COURT.

It's a bit worrying that someone applying to the police force doesn't know what a letter from a court looks like. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
