    You are perfectly correct.
    I miss read the post (shame on me), I thought it stated she didn't know the security info, but I see that she did.

    I no longer have access to the Vodafone upgrade centre - I take it this is a positive sign that my contract has been stopped?

    Thank you for your post relating to requesting a PAC Number.

    You can request your PAC Number by calling 191 Option 3 Option 2 free of charge from your handset, or you can e-mail it directly to us via our Contact Us page, using WRT135 as the subject, and we’ll be happy to place the PAC request for you.

    Your Pay Monthly agreement will cancel once you have provided your PAC Number to your new provider. Your PAC is valid for 30 days, and should you not use your PAC within the 30 day period, your agreement would continue with Vodafone until another PAC is requested and used or we receive direct confirmation to cancel.
