I too had the problem of my booking being under £50 and yet they charged me £5 processing fee for a non-existing payment. And the total shown was £0 when I clicked confirm.

I have contacted them via phone and got nowhere and then I filled in their support thing and have heard nothing back after 11 days. Some people have mentioned they have got their £5 back - have you and if so how??? Any advice on how to contact them and actuallly get them to answer?

    Many thanks

The amount of backlash and complaints promotions get these days makes me wonder if companies will bother doing them in the future!

I have worked for a similar online hotel website and can understand that prices can shoot up and masisvely vary from one site to another as they are buying rooms from different wholesalers and availability can massively affect the prices from one site to the next. HOWEVER, i have one of these voucjers and have just tried to use it and it says it cant be used against 'pay on arrival hotels'. It doesnt say this anywhere on the voucher or when i bought it which is a bit cheeky. i'm probably going to ask for a refund as i bought it with one hotel in mind.

Here's a little tip on the card charge...i went to book last night with my voucher and the hotel was £51 so on a £1 payment, i was paying a £5 charge. I noticed pre-paid mastercards were free so i selected that and tried my normal (not pre-paid) mastercard credit card. they payment and booking went through with no charge :)

My card was a Santander Zero Mastercard though not sure if this would work on all or not.

We've just got back from 3 nights in Montpellier, I booked each night individually & have had no problems at all, so I am a very happy customer!:j

I know this is quite old now, but the voucher is valid for another week, and I have 1 more to book but I cannot find the box on the booking in which to insert the code? Could someone please check that it isn't me being blind....

I went to book one a few weeks ago but all the hotels became pay on the day so I could not use my last voucher. This time I'm trying to book somewhere in Bournemouth for 1st Oct (probably Ramada Encore) and the promo code box doesn't seem to be anywhere?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Under the number of adults and children there is a box "Got a voucher? Enter your code"
