I've got a 2nd job in guess where? Primark!!!! I feel as though I've died and gone to heaven!! Have to agree with looneylisa, it's realy hard work and I'm knackered!! I keep seeing things I want when I'm supposed to be tidying up and I've bought a few things but I've been really good cos I'm saving myself for the end of the month when I'll have a big blow-out. It is weird though to see the place all tidy and quiet at night after the public have gone!!0

Congratulations on your second job.
Just interested if you work for Primark do you get a staff discount?
Hope you don't mind me asking.
Thanks!0 -

Can any of the Primark "experts" as it were tell me about their PJ's...
I was recommended them but just tried on the medium size and they're too big (not so much around the waist but the legs and tummy). What's the small size like, I'm normally a size 12 on the legs which is usually where the problems lie, 8/10 normally don't fit around my hips etc...0 -

I would suggest trying a few diff pairs on in store, in diff sizes too. With Primark pairs that are labelled the same size can vary too.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Oh joy, may be best to leave it then as I'm always the awkward size! :rotfl:
Wish they wouldn't do these multi size pyjamas, everywhere seems to be doing them these days....0 -

I know how you feel, I always find multi sizes to be too big as i'm the lower end of the smaller size. Saying that, I find most pjs tend to shrink up an bit anyway no matter where you get them from, i have some m&s bottoms which are a long and used to be fine, now they're about 2 inches above my ankles :eek:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Got to agree with Andersonmam about the Newcastle store. Great bargains, horrendous queues. I'll steer clear of the palazzo pants, does anyone else find them lethal going downstairs?
Well done IQ on your second job!Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
I think its a glitch as looks like new stock....labelled as £6 which is already pretty good but scanning £1....this was newcastle store so not sure if nationwideNever put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0 -
It's probably new stock with a reused product number. Good for you if you get one, but IME these only last a day or so.
