Hello All
I was waiting on a shop from Fri, and MIL was waiting on one too.
Phoned CS, they advised that it was a 1 in 1000 chance that they could not locate the recipet. 2 in 1000 in our case!
Anyhow there is nothing they can do for us and so Im now stuck with 2 lots of £20 shops (i will have to re-imburse MIL) that i can not afford!
I guess that I will not be using the Tesco Price check anymore....STUNG royally by Tesco and Im not impressed.
I've had an e-mail to say they could not locate my receipt but this was after I had already been onto the web site and printed off my voucher, have you checked the site again?Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can

Not read all the recent posts but a few points that make me giggle:
1. People wanting to return items when they don't get DTD. This wouldn't be an issue if you stuck to buying items that you will use. The amount that these same people appear to be getting back on DTD surely covers the odd N/F etc?
2. Some appear to be hung up on getting club card points, ie take receipts to CS to get added to their card. Is it really worth it? what happens if Tesco see you have added £150 of DTD vouchers to your card. for the £1.50 (£4.50 in rewards) is it really worth the risk.
3. The map, ok this was a great idea and I added the stores I use, I didn't add my id though as I think it gives Tesco the ideal opportunity to find where certain people are shopping. ie if you paste your DTD confirmed receipts here every day and your name appears on the Map against yoour local stores it wouldn't take them long to work out who you are and refuse to serve you if they think you are abusing the system.
BTW a big thank you goes out to the spreadsheet editors, you do a great job.
Happy DTD'ing0 -

What??
We had 4 receipts missing all from the same tescos...
at the same time.
I suspect they are hiding some transactions from the taxman or someone is putting money in their own back pocket..
I dont see how a receipt cannot be located if its all computerised unless of course its now coming to light that someone is fiddling the accounts...0 -

I agree - there was something on the facebook discussion mentioned in thread 2 that it was store related - Id search for the thread and get on the facebook thread - Im tempted to register on FB just to get them looking into mine - they dont want bad publicity on there and that seems to be pretty much all they are getting on there - people wanting problems solved!0 -
I amsticking to the rules and not going over the £100 per month. I am also using my clubcard. One email address. Its a good enough deal without having to use multiple emails. My consience is clear. :A0

Whilst I agree with point 1 to some extent I do need dishwasher tablets but if they come back as n/a and they are £13 in Tesco but £5 in Asda of course I want to return and go to Asda for them!0 -
Loved the quote about hiding some transactions from the taxman. It's Tesco - they knowingly hide the vast majority of their transactions from the taxman! What??

Corona Extra 12 x 330ml bottles. Mr T = £13.83 but A are selling at £10. That's a £3.83 difference, doubled to £7.66... so i got a case of Corona just over £6.
Also picked up the Tesco Fiano white wine, 2 bottles for £13.98 but A sell two for £8. A difference of £5.98, doubled to £11.96.... so I got two bottles of wine for £2.02
:j
Thanks for info regarding corona, looks like another trip tonight.
Got my fiano last night, also tried tesco finest gavi around £7.99 and looking at asda hopefully £5 a bottle. Fingers crossed they both work.:jKeep right on :T :beer:0
