People can also use twitter to message Tesco publicly about this issue...

Morning Everyone,
The latest SPREADSHEET UPDATE will be available as usual, in post’s two and three top of the thread
As the live spreadsheet update is now up and running, please try to keep your time on the download links to a minimum, as if too many people are viewing others get stuck in basic view mode, which makes it hard to view many of the important notes the spreadsheet contains.
It only takes a minute for you to download the spreadsheet to your own computer, which will then enable you to use all the features it contains.
As usual all links to the outdated spreadsheet will be killed at 12:30
Also before using the links kindly hosted by Scotsgirl, and SylvieDee, let’s not forget our manners and take a second to thank them for the time they have spent updating the spreadsheet, and providing everyone with the means to access it.
Happy DTDing everyone0 -
I think if your receipt is not found though this is different. If one thing is N/F fair enough but when all your shopping is not found it's very frustrating that it would have been half price at Asda!
Agreed, and if this happened before the £20 cap came in I would be annoyed but as it's only £20 max you'll get back now I wouldn't cause a fuss by taking it all back. I think we're getting enough out of this promotion to allow for the odd mishap.0 -

I wouldnt mind if it was odd mishap but thats not been mine/my families experience.....neither has it been the ladies experience who only had her and her Mums receipt from last Friday and they've come back not found!0 -

Its war
Tesco responsibility to their shareholders is to take as much money as they can for as little produce they can get away with.
My resposibility to my family is to take as much produce as I can for as little money as I can get away with.
There is no spirit to the promotion, its purely a Tesco competitive response to Asda.
Thats a great way of looking at it :T:A You may be only one person in the world,
But you may also be the world to one person. :A0 -
Not in my store they're not... and online they're £4... are you taking that info from a SEL or did you scan them?
I checked - the sel in my store was a yellow £2 special offer on the Roses. I got one of the staff to check the price - it scanned at £2 as well.ELITE 5:2

All this talk of pink and red salmon reminds me of a story an elderly lady told me once.....
Her husband loved red salmon, but when money was short she simply used pink salmon and added a little red food dye. One day they had a friend round and hubby was telling the friend how much he enjoyed his salmon sandwiches and how red salmon was so much nicer than the pink.
She ended up having to leave the room as she was struggling not to laugh :rotfl::rotfl:
Dont know if its true - but she reckons he never did find out.

Just wanted to say thanks again for all the work with the spreadsheet. It's great. I have no idea how Excel works, I have never used it and have always been scared to try as it seems really complex, but thanks very much for everyone who contributes to it.0
