Your partner picked up the wrong stuff when you sent him shopping? Or he bought stuff not realising you had already shopped that day?
Please God, help me stop spending!

    Hi there

Just found this thread and looks fab! :j
I always shop in Tesco and most of the things I get anyway are on the DTD spreadsheet.

Just wanted to ask a few things to make sure I'm doing it right from the T&Cs

    - The cap of £20 for DTD is per receipt? So can I shop once but put it through on three different receipts for example? YES

    - Only one Price Check Voucher may be redeemed per household per day. Does this mean I can have two or three receipts from the same day but I can only redeem one voucher at a time? YES*

    Thanks
    x

*some people have been known to use more than one a day. ;)

    HEADS UP

    Hello All

I was waiting on a shop from Fri, and MIL was waiting on one too.
Phoned CS, they advised that it was a 1 in 1000 chance that they could not locate the recipet. 2 in 1000 in our case!
Anyhow there is nothing they can do for us and so Im now stuck with 2 lots of £20 shops (i will have to re-imburse MIL) that i can not afford!

I guess that I will not be using the Tesco Price check anymore....STUNG royally by Tesco and Im not impressed.

I would phone them back up - there is nothing to stop them putting the item through the till again, then giving you that receipt. They can void the items off after to make sure their stock levels are correct.

If they refuse I would ask them to take all the items back as without a recipet you cant take them back if you are not satisfied with the product.

Chicago Town and Cornetto were def working yesterday - I had confirmed from Tuesday 6pm shop - got voucher at 10.30am yesterday -

No - they were working on Tuesday, your receipt is confirmation of the day you shopped, not the day you get your receipt. Things obviously changed yesterday.

Have you tried re-inputting details on to website? Im still waiting on some from MOnday which says processing - I guess they may have big backlog - I think far too many are going astray now -

Thats a good enough reason, especially if they have promo material up.

Its an error on tescos part not the shoppers.
