Dr.Who-Who wrote: »Yes, Maggie, you have to do 2 separate shop .
1) for your dtd shop
2) for you normal shop like vegetables, etc that are not on dtd.
If you combine you normal shop with the dtd items you will loose out big time!!!
Yes N20, but we all know that its time consuming - comparing tesco.com & asda.com. Not everybody are as dedicated as us:D
Hi there, sorry but i'm a newbie too and struggling to follow this. Why is it necessary to do the shops separately? Also, i'm having people round tomorrow and the rack of lamb deal sounds fantastic, could somebody please give me an example of how it works, just checked tesco website and there are various sizes of rack, does it work on all? Many thanks all.0 -

The 4 for £3 are just 50ml! Tesco £2.37, 250ml, so no it won't compare, sorry!0 -
just had my 1st problem using a voucher at my local tesco extra
one of the digits was missing so i had to go to the customer service desk to phone tesco's. all got sorted after being kept on hold for ages & the supervisor kept my receipt
although i've just checked my hubby's voucher that i have for sunday's shop & that has a digit missing too  i was hoping to go in to the same store to use it later but now think maybe i should use another store?
also my receipt is a recalled transaction receipt so are these ok to put in priccechecker? thanks:beer: Happy Bargain Hunting!! :beer:0 -

The ones in asda on 4 for £3 are 50ml not 250ml. Please don't get them mixed up or it will cost you!
It's only a game

The comparisons are made on an entire receipt. This means if Tesco is £2 more expensive on one item, but Asda is £2 more expensive on another then the two cancel one another out.
So have one basket for buying items that you absolutely know are more expensive in Tesco to avoid this happening.0
