If a Board Guide is unsure of the rules what hope is there for the rest of us, in particular newbies?

It disappeared some time ago and as a result there is still confusion about regular comps and a lot of posters are not using the tags. I have searched to see if it was merged with other stickys on the main board but unfortunately can't find it.

I post recurring comps in that style now.

There are actually two others still on the site, we all know about Lakshmi7, who's heading for 113,000 posts but not so well known on the comps board is Quasar, who has topped 94,000.
Still a very select group.
