When you enter a competition on Pick Me Up (or Whats on TV, or one of the other similar sites) you can share on facebook, email a friend etc. for bonus entries. When you've done the sharing it says "congratulations, you have been awarded a bonus entry". Does that mean I have now been entered twice - or just that I am now allowed to go back to the comp and do it all again? (click through the adverts etc.)

It means you have a bonuns entry which is automatic. It wont let you enter again. Every monday morning they will then email you to say how many bonus entries you've had

On pick me up etc when you 1st sign in it say's "Hello .... You have 6 remaining competitions to enter today!" if you enter 6 comps it goes down to 0 but if you were to share say 5 of the comps via facebook or twitter you can then enter 5 other daily or instant comps that day. After sharing if you go back to the home page it will tell you how many remaining competitions you can enter.

From what I remember if you share via email you then enter the same comp again.

Hello all, I am very new and seriously wanting to get involved in comping etc. But i think i am being very dim and need some help how to get statted. As in where do i go to strat entering etc.

All help welcome please.

But once I've shared it *does* let me enter again... I'm just not sure if I'm wasting my effort

I didn't think about the weekly email though - maybe I should read it instead of just deleting it!

Thanks poohbear, that makes sense. I'll keep going as I am then, especially as they have a new bed comp and my old one has had it

I've been a member for two years now, now I'm not complaining about not winning anything, but when the winner is announced via email it gets a little ridiculous; First it tell you the competition that you entered then it says the winner ....normally not me, but then another email comes through announcing the winner to another competition....and lone behold - it's the same name that was mentioned in the previous "Hayley ******"

Is this a glitch, a con, or is this lucky person winning 3 competitions at once?:mad:

Get me a ticket are on the sites to avoid list on here, they tend to generate a lot of Spam.
