Im not sure if this is the correct place to post, so sorry if not. Have entered loads of F/b comps and have yet to win any. I realise there are loads of entries but wondered if I am doing anything wrong.
1. I always "like" the page of whoever does the competition.
2. I share the competition but dont usually comment when I share,(mainly because I dont know what to say) so thought maybe this is where i am going wrong.
3. I comment "liked and shared" under the picture and if there is anything else that can be "liked" I do so.
I am a bit confused about on which page you should like and share, ie newsfeed, profile or after I have clicked on the picture so help here would be appreciated.
Can anyone tell if theres anything other than these things that I should be doing, because when I check the Winners Circle on several occasions the same names appear as winners. Sorry I dont wish to appear jealous, I am really pleased for these people but would just love to see my own name. TIA2008£3002009£13002010£15002011£41952012£21942013£1494

I hope this is the right place. I need some advice. I played the doritoes 'dip desperado' game, ans Won! woo hoo. About 2/3 weeks ago I got 6 e-mails saying what I had won. (I had 6 entries). 4 of them I wasn't interested in, so didn't claim, but 2 were PS3's! As you could guess I was pretty made up. Yesterday I got a phone call to arrange delivery of my single Xbox I won from them. I said "I thought i'd won a PS3." I was told, No a xbox. I said arranged the delivery. I checked my e-mails again, to be sure, and called back. The lady said that I should not have been told I have won a ps3, that was an error on the IT departments end, and that you can only win one prize a day, and so I should only have recieved one e-mail. I explained I didn't know you could only win once a day, and if those are the T&C's fair enough, but I do know if you win, you have to be offered something of equal or greater value. An Xbox is worth less than a ps3. She said she could cancel the xbox, and I could take it up with doritoes (I guess she is a third party). I declined for fear of not getting anything.
Now I don't want to seem ungrateful, a free xbox is still a free xbox. But I promised I would give one of the ps3's to my friend, and I was selling the other to a friend of a friend. Now I feel like I've let them down.
I assume by accepting the xbox, I no longer have claim to a ps3.
Should I write to someone? If so who? Or should I just accept the xbox and be happy I've won something? I do feel as though if they told me I would receive 2 ps3's, that's what I should have got?!0 -

If the T & C's definitely say only one prize a day (check them) then you should be expecting 1 PS3-not an X Box. I would contact Doritos direct via a few directions - email/facebook/twitter.
I would also not promise people prizes until I've got them as sometimes (not often)it can be a nightmare getting prizes from companies and the fact you've promised them out will add extra stress. I'm still waiting on a prize from March 3rd!
Good luckSince starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.0 -
A PS3 also acts as a blu-ray DVD player which an Xbox does not, so it is not really an equivalent prize.0
