For the self-proclaimed geeks who like technical detail, the description from our techies is "it's a measure of the number of thanks a thread has received compared to other threads in the same forum, where new thanks are weighted higher than old ones."

As part of our testing the WOW factor we'll be taking Likeability down later today but it'll eventually be replaced with WOW – watch this space!

i have looked through the comps on here and need to enter more ( dont we all ) is there a closing say next day section if not can i choose a date to say start with and find all the comps for them if so how do i find it

you could use the sort by end date view and they will be grouped together by the end date.

thats strange I've just got dd to try it upstairs and it works on her comp, this is no good she is winning more than me at the minute, lol;)

correction... she dd did one of the comps then it wouldnt let her do anymore, doing the page cannot be found

& here we go again

for the 2nd time in as many days i am browsing page by page trying to find all ending the next day and then ALL of a sudden 13 pages are gone

one minute i am on
E: 11/06 WIN tickets....
next time i click next page and its something like
E: 11/06 win £100 with....
and i dont make the connection, its only when i click next page again and it says something like
E: 13/06 @ 1pm...
i realise whats happened and wonder where ive got to start again, probably E: 11/06 to be sure i dont miss any

i dont know whats worse, moving comps to GO early, or shuffling loads of pages for whatever date it is over to GO during "peak times"

& by that i mean 6pm till midnight when this board is at its most active

seriously i know theres only 4 of you that are capable of doing the moving, but if none of you can work out a way/schedule between you so as to disrupt this board the least, then may i suggest you get someone else on board that can help

right rant over now im going back to page ... :think:

Obviously comps being moved to GO means that a number of pages will go within a pretty short timeframe, but depending on how long you have each page open you'll probably find (especially in peak times when a lot more comps are posted) that when comps get added which have dates before the ones you're doing you'll end up with pages moving around a bit anyway.

If you open all of the pages with the days ending comps that you want to do (with Snaplinks/Multi Links or just by middle clicking them all into new tabs) and work from them and then close them all individually when you're done with that page you won't get disrupted by any of the changes with either comps being moved to GO or comps being added that have dates before the ones you're doing.
