You can also put them in Ascending order if you prefer them to be ordered 01/01, 01/02, 01/03 etc (I just click on the word Thread where it says 'Thread / Thread Starter' and order them that way which puts them in Ascending order, it's only one click so I tend to prefer it :p :rotfl:) :D

The problem with searching for dates is that you will only ever get 12 pages (300 threads) of results and some days, especially towards the end of the month, have more than that, on the last day of the month you're looking at 50+ pages of threads!

Searching by dates also results in 50+ pages of competitions for those ending at the end of the month.

Am pretty hacked off. I've recently started entering comps by end date, because I wasn't keeping on top of them regularly enough. And like 1trainer1 above I often have trouble with searching on dates like 05/05. So I upgraded Firefox, searched with all the tips above, finally got to the page where the 05/05 comps start and then realise that Roboform has disappeared and doesn't work with Firefox 4. So I go back to IE, set the display options as above, search and get............... complete and utter chaos and randomness.

I am not computer literate enough to figure out why, so I'm just giving up for tonight. Not a happy bunny.

    Anyone got any tips?

ETA: Don't know what I did differently, but I've managed to order them as I want, but I'd still prefer to use Firefox than IE, but don't know how to get back to the previous version.
If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.

    Hi joho
My understanding is that Roboform V6 does not work on FF 4.I'd just revert back to FF 3.If not I think you need to upgrade Rform to the new version ,which is payable yearly.

Some great tips here, thanks to everyone with advice.

Really want to make an effort to start entering all these great free comps I see. I can't win, if I don't enter right.

Will also have to check out Roboform - sounds dead useful.

    Hiya,
I've been trying to do it this way but I get 05/05 then it goes to 06/01. Is there any way to get all the results for just a specific date? Thanks a lot
