Tbh weeowens I can understand why the op is drumming up support as the prize would be excellent for them but by self promoting all the time will lead other peeps/companies to do it and I don't want the board shut down lol

Theoretically I think others can post it.Personally I do not post self promoted,deleted posts.Just my view of course.

Quick question. I have seen on this site a couple of times people are saying that so and so have won a comp on facebook you need to send them your details. So if you win comps on facebook dont they email or PM you to say you have won? The reason i ask is because once i have entered a comp on facebook i never check the page again. If that is true is there away of seeing if i have won without checking every single page?

When I was on FB I was contacted by the organisers by PM to advise that I'd won, but if you've friends from MSE you'll find that they contact you too - they'll post on your wall etc

I'm sure others from FB will come on and let you know if that's still the case

Hi im new to this old comping lark. Have been doing it a few days as a lurker but have finally joined. I have done as suggested and opened a seperate facebook account just for entering competitions but have not got any friends on it because I dont want to bog my friends walls down with all the shared and liked comps. Would this count against me or do any mse'rs want to be my friend???!!! xoxo
