Re our recent discussions on fuel:
I'm not technically-minded - but my overall instant reaction to this article was "If I had millions of £s to spare (ie our Government - judging by how much it can find for certain directions...:cool:) - then my reaction would probably be to reach for my cheque book and ask how much money they wanted to work on this."

The potential to use thorium has been knocking around for ages... There are articles going back several years that are easy enough to find. But remember, whatever energy technologies we pursue, it's the way we use it that matters. At the moment we waste so many of the earth's resources, many of which are not renewable. A major culture change is needed across the entire planet if some of the science fiction written during recent decades is to remain fictional...0 -
