    Brood home.

Managed to get the landing clear and a wash out and another in. Will try and do DW later.

Jackie, I'm at a stop now and I'm knackered as well.

You've done brilliantly today, well done :D I am off for a nap. I think this rash is definitely the outward signs of a virus of some sort, feeling exhausted today.

    Afternoon all,

Up at 7.30 this morning, DGS2 to school by 8.45, home, have breakfast, put on dishwasher, feed dogs, off to knitting group, home at 1.20, lunch, back for DGS2 from school, home, decide on dinner...very difficult, lo chinese from yesterday, needed more rice so that's cooked so now just need to heat everything up in an hour or so. When I look at this it doesn't seem anything like Tigerfeet's or Jackieg's efforts for to-day...have a streaming cold so am going to 'dose' myself and head for bed.

Julie....great weight loss, keep it up and congratulations.

Candygirl....glad you got to see Boo....

Sorry for all of you who are affected by pension changes....we have never had an earlier pension date for women so would not be as hard to swallow....in fact I think that there is some move to increase retirement age here, not sure, doesn't affect me and offspring are not thinking of pensions yet (foolishly I know but no amount of telling seems to work).

Camelot....start the pink knitting....I have made it known publicly that I do not want to be told of any flavour before birth....got away with it five times and think that I will probably not have any more grandchildren anyway so won't be a problem!

Wet, cold and windy here this morning, the rain has gone but I am still very cold and trees are still going mad. Allegedly rain will return....oh joy!!

Hugs to all in need or want of one, especially whoever it was has toothache, worst pain I have ever had.

    Afternoon all
Back from work, collected hubby from the station, hung washing on the line, DW & WM are both on, tea is in the oven, chicken stuffed with cheese, hubby's in the garden pottering around until his tea's ready.
I missed Waking the Dead last night as I was watching Lewis, so need to see if I can find WTD before tonight's episode starts.
I need to find something else to knit as I've finished the dishcloths, I don't want to start granny squares yet as DD still has loads of blankets.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester
