2. You really only have yourself to blame. I know it's harsh to all other posters but if you continuously contact the guy who beats you, hits you, smashes cars up, pees on you then whatever he does next is your own fault in all honesty.

Cut contact, leave him alone and move on! That way he'll stop hitting you. And before you say "but I do leave him alone, he's the one who always trys to contact me" That's not the way you've written it. With the phone incident you have said you kept trying to contact him. Why not just throw it away if he treated you like !!!!!!?

I echo the advice of others to walk away. Seriously, just sever all contact and do not have anything further to do with him whatsoever.

If you must facebook (and yes that includes logging in once a week), permanently delete your account and make a new one. If not, just delete your account and stay away entirely from Facebook.

Facebook is the bane of my life, so at least you've deleted that. The amount of people who cannot see this obvious solution is amazing!

As for the police, they have to get involved for any domestic situation. Depending where you live, there will very likely be a positive arrest policy, so you would have been arrested if there were any allegations to answer.
The simple solution, pop into your local police station and ask them to look up the crime report and let you know if it's still ongoing. They won't be able to tell you details but can at least let you knwo that.
