  • Grrrrrrrrrrrrr im fuming!!! KH has send DD a text saying he isnt picking them up now till Saturday. Why he couldnt phone me I dont know. Getting rather sick of him changing things at the last minute and relaying messages through our daughter. I had made arrangements to go visit a friend but will have to reschedule this now. Mind you should of known he would change things....he always does!! Even after being separated all this time hes still pulling the strings GRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • At least 1 good thing has come out of him not collecting the children till Saturday is that it has now given me an extra day to finish all my allocated jobs

Its another cold damp day here and it doesnt look like the sun is going to make an appearance today. Hopefully the rain will ease off as ive got 2 loads of washing to do and I dont want to have to dry it in the TD.

  • Thanks for popping by mine LiT. Just remember nothing will ever be as bad as your life before you left and took the kids away.

Before you sell the car you will need to get ownership registered to you. Speak to the DVLA as there are time scales after which you can claim ownership, will get a new v5 and can then sell it and do something worthwhile with the money :D

Hi LiT Just read your diary and just wanted to wish you good luck.
Best thing to do in your situation is plan everything with money to help you cut down.
    Halifax CC £1029/£2490, Tesco CC [STRIKE]£0/£3203[/STRIKE], Tesco loan £15431/£15808, Carloan1 £6743/£8241, Carloan2[STRIKE] £0/£3813[/STRIKE]

Pay all your debt off by Xmas 18 =22% £6661/£29865
  • The logbook is in my name so no worries on that. Hes just a first class prat. Filled in all the forms for a divorce just need to find £340 but it will be money well spent.

  • Phoned KH this morning and was subjected to aload of abuse over the phone because his g/friend had to wake him up when I called (it was 11.30) Got more abuse when I said no to lending him money so he could put petrol in his car so he could get back home when he had picked the kids up!! In the end I just put the phone down so now I dont know if hes coming for the children or not, but if hes that skint id prefer the kids to be here with me rather than fed up and bored with him.

On a positive note his actions on the phone have prompted me to fill in the divorce papers. Ive been putting it off for months. The sooner ive decluttered him from my life the better!! LoL Its going to cost me £340 but I feel that it will be money well spent!

Good luck, I agree with the £324, a small price for freedom AND what will certainly be a release from a difficult part of life allowing you to concentrate on now and the future. I see that the list is going down, hopefully that will help you feel better too.
