Good luck on Friday Cher and try not to worry about it, all the Court staff were lovely to me on the day. The actual deed was over and done with in a few minutes, the worst bit was all the hanging around.When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

Aghhhhhhhhh cannot sleep , feeling very nervous about the morning. Have got forms all filled out,fees ready and exemtion for court fees filled in with evidence.
The thought that within 8 hours it will all be over with is scary and exciting at the same time just hope i have remembered everything!0 -

update for all you wonderful people:
So, this morning i arrived bright and early for my appointment even after spending all night awake unable to sleep lol.
A man came out and showed me into a room, which was just a normal room with a table and chairs around. He introduced himself and said the judge is not available this morning but he was going to look through it all,take the money and he would then get the judge to stamp it either this morning or first thing monday morning.
It was all completly painless, he said he didn't see any reason for the judge to say no to the bankruptcy and told me i should receive a phonecall mon or tuesday from the O/R regarding the bankruptcy. He said as soon as the judge has stamped it he would ring and let me know.
So, i guess i can say its all over with now? hopefully the judge will stamp it? surely if there was a problem this man whom i think was one below a judge would have seen the problem if there was one??
Although it was painless i still kind of wish i knew for certain cos now i have all weekend to think about it lol0
