I do wonder if Sirmarcus will explain why the CEO of Debenhams should be emailed about this when Debenhams are not at fault what so ever at all.0

I remember an edition of Watchdog that exposed a scam of airlines using cages with curved corners instead of squared corners to measure suitcases; even when the suitcase was the exact official correct size it was still be too big! Debenhams aren't to blame, it's a trick the airlines use to fleece customers.0

Can you tell me how you'll going to reimburse myself and other tax payers money with the office of fair trading having to deal with your completely and utterly pointless complaint?
With regards to your comments on wasting tax payers money i have e mailed my complaint to these people as that was one of the options. If they dont think i have a case they will just e mail me back and that will be as far as it will go i would imagine. So how can that possibly be wasting tax payers money....

Because unless the OFT uses a robot that has developed independent intelligence, a human will have to look at your email and respond to it.
Of course said human would have been at work in the OFT and hence be paid anyway but could have perhaps used their time more productively examininig a more relevant compliant but hey ho I'm sure it will brighten up their dayI consider this discussion on my part closed now and i ll take my chances.
Ah,the usual response from posters who realise they've made an !!! of themselves.2014 Target;

So Debenhams should refund you & compensate you for an item that wasn't faulty & didn't fit as you were too lazy to check luggage sizes?
Wow!Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
We use a soft bag that is too big for the cage but half full it can be squashed in. So half full bag and very full pockets to check in then empty pockets into bag, job done!0
