That's good news BB!

I am starting to get slightly freaked now about how far/close it is... According to my app it's 14 weeks! :eek: but I do feel quite organised. I have a dress fitting in around 7 weeks, n want to have lost a further 4lb by then (then a lb extra for the 'vanity number' :rotfl::rotfl:) which is completely doable, I just have to stop eating! Grrr!

Also got my hair trial next Friday.

I have been looking at brides on other months threads who are now married and they all look so lovely and.........elegant......I really don't do elegant!!!! :rotfl:

Aaargh having a mini stress as my dress still isn't in the shop yet! Ordered in January and the estimated date was 5th June. Starting to have some anxiety dreams where I just had to dig around in my wardrobe and wear something from there!

I have been having those for months! :rotfl: and ie prey that my dressmaker won't be able to take out my dress- dispite her telling me it will be fine!

Haha, I had a dress dream at the weekend where I was walking about in my dress to wear it in before my wedding day- not entirely sure why I had to wear my dress in, but I was walking down dirt paths and dusty roads (I remember in the dream I was trying to get somewhere, but not sure where) and I kept bumping into people who were coming to the wedding.

Also, I'm stressing about my dress being late, its supposed to arrive in September.

Phew, just called and it's in, just need to arrange an appointment for the fitting now.

It's weird that we're all having these dreams, but perhaps that's normal as it gets closer to the big day.

Gosh, 100 days tomorrow! Got to get my finger out then.

Looking at sourcing sweets for the sweetie buffet this week, trying to work out best prices so dont end up paying too much and trying to remember when the supermarkets start selling their toffee apples. Might go into town this weekend and have a look at charity shops for the bowls and jars.

oooh, I've had plenty of dress not arriving (well, bridal coat!) stresses, they disappeared when the ivory one arrived from China but are mildy re-appearing as my black one won't be at the shop until late August!!! If I hadn't have rushed jobbed it, the expected date was the end of September...I couldn't handle it possibly not arriving until 12 days before it was needed!

I keep being tempted to have a go at taking the 2 dresses up myself but as I can't wear it and measure it at the same time I really don't want to risk it - however simple a hem they both appear to have!! My dress making skills are 'basic' to say the least :rotfl:

I've a productive few days for a change:

Booked my make up
Made an appointment with priest
Booked time off for hen night
Going to see Bridesmaid dressed tonight

And making invitations at the weekend (hopefully!)

Although the to do list is still massive!

sat for 10 minutes this morning and added a couple of pieces of sari ribbons to the registry tiara and then clipped the peacock feather shoe clips I was going to use on my shoes to the tiara!

Had my own dress related dream last night. Can't remember what it was but it woke me in a stressy kind of way.
