To work out the daily amount of interest. Multiply the amount of your charges (without any interest added) by .00022How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Okay. Thanks for that. I have just filed a MCOL and now the amount has been placed in the account. I shall edit the schedule of charges and when the AQ arrives be ready to complete and send off with new schedule and amount claimed.0 -
Hi folks
So, Barclays have filed their defence and I have just completed my allocation questionnaire, but have a couple of general questions...AQ
I've ticked 'NO' for 'have you attached a fee' for the AQ because my claim is for £750, is that correct?
In section E, I have ticked 'NO' for the question relating to using an expert's report at the hearing. Do I move onto the next section, or do you have to tick 'NO' for the other questions in that section?General
My claim is against Barclays - do they tend to enter the same wording for their defence? The reason I ask is that they're saying my particulars of claim doesn't provide details or particulars of the precise charges alleged to have been unlawful. But, I presume this evidence I provide later? Any info on this would be appreciated.0 -
or, should I send off new schedule to Court before I receive AQ?0

I don't know the timings of when you will get the AQ but it might be a good idea to send a new schedule now as you have the correct figures.0 -

Answers above in this thread for the AQ.
It seems that the banks are using standard replies as are the claimants.0 -

Yes I shall do that today as on the Notice of Issue received it does state
"You must inform the court IMMEDIATELY if you receive any payment before a hearing date or after you have sent a request for enforcement to the court".
So although I have rejected the money and requested full payment I now need to accept this amount as part payment as they have not removed it from my account. Complicated but hope this is right!0 -
I'm still confused... what is the date of judgement? Is this the daily rate from when I sent the first letter to when I'm completing this claim?0

Just another quick question (sorry about this) - having already sent numerous copies of my charges to the bank when initially requesting my charges back, I don't need to send another copy with the allocation questionnaire, do I? :mad:0
