No Buying Toiletries in April Challenge

Only at William Hill I think - I used to be a croupier and we weren't allowed to go to our own casinos but could go to other brands
We've just been to William Hill (to put our national bets on) and it all seems computerised now - like the lottery - you just tick boxes and they put it in the reader
*
You are right sarah it is all computerised but good maths is useful because quite often people ask what they would get back before they put a bet on and doing it in your head was quicker than the machine we had for working it out.
Your stash list is looking very under control now, wish mine was.
Been to a jumble sale today, DD got two brand new collection 2000 eyeshadow palettes for 25p each (she just has it for play purposes) and DH got a nearly new pair of Next jeans for 20p, when I asked how much the jeans were the man actually looked apologetic.
When we got outside I found £1, so a good afternoon all round. The devil makes works for idle hands0 -
Some in's today but not intentional. Earlier this week I returned two collection 2000 foundations, they were both the same and were supposed to be Ivory but were bright orange. Contacted them by e-mail and they sent an envelope, postman came today with replacements, the two I sent back were 2 for £5 and they sent me lasting perfection foundation, lasting perfection concealer, some fancy mascara, illuminating undereye concealer and silk foundation. Wasn't expecting that lot.:jThe devil makes works for idle hands0

Hey all
2 small UU's this week for me:
1 x Loreal conditioner that comes with the sublime foam hair dye
1 x travel shower gel
Still ploughing through my travel shower gel/shampoos! Can't believe it's April and I've been using them up since the New Year every day bar a few special occasions, and I'm still only halfway through my stash!

Afternoon all on this lovely sunny day! Just had a quick skim through the thread to catch up whilst waiting for my bets to come in from the national!
Giveaway - Olay Moisturiser with maxfactor foundation, given to my eldest daughter as it brought the biggest spot up on my cheek! Also given to my girls is the Tesco Vit E makeup remover as it stung my eyes! So I am now onto a No 7 GWP size which doesnt sting!
Ins - Went to Costco and got a 6 pack of Dove roll ons as they were 40% off so worked out a bargain. Then spotted a Bettyhula pack with Rum and Blackcurrant moisture Cream and a bottle of wonder oil in it which was less than £15.00 - just checked on the internet and its £15.00 for a tub of the cream alone so am well chuffed!0 -
hello all,
feeling really boring at the moment. No INS to report - have stayed well away from BS so far but did pick up interest when sarah said she got the Cherry Body Butter
Trying to UU a horrid handcream that I thought was a bargain for 66p (DOVE regenerating Night) - it smells like - no offense - grannies handcreams :rotfl:- and of course I bought 2 because it was such a bargain. Note to self - don't hoard stuff until you have at least sniffed it.
Lovely day - took a few bags to the charity shop then they filled my car with donated towels for the cat shelter so i trotted off there. Some gorgeous tiny kittens 4 weeks old - but what a sad way to start their lives.
Time to get de-fuzzing my legs now summer is here....am switching to showers now it's getting into summer :T - hmm wonder how that will affect my product usage....my hair feels so much easier to manage after having a huge amount chopped off yesterday!!
Car boot sale starts up tomorrow - I don't often buy toiletries there cos it all looks manky, but am in danger of hoarding all manner of other things....! Must be strong....
Big summer loving to you guys and another dodgy hug for Rosemary cos I know she is feeling blue :grouphug:Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
Just popping in to say hi! No UU's but no Ins either. I didn't et up until 5.30 and now I have to have a bath and get ready for work. I opened the No7 body butter last night and it's ver nice. I felt nice and moisturised until this morning when I got into bed (and then I don't know 'cause I crashed out!).Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0

getting desparate for UU here lol so will declare
one horrible pink cheap razor - i hate these things but the MSE in me won't let me just check them all out before using each one at least once.
box 200 ear buds, got loads so no need to buy more at the moment. ( OH decided to buy me 5 boxes for christmas two christmases ago for some reason)
Oh and more importantly..... i went in Boots and only bought some water with my point. I was seriously tempted by the Sanctuary offer as i had enough points to buy the salt scrub which is £10.2 and would then get me the free gift ...... but i thought about my list of stocks and realised I DIDN'T NEED IT!0 -
