  • another UU: a cussons handwash
    almond
it was OK but I wouldn't buy again
bought as part of a multi-pack deal ages ago
lasted ages and left hands smelling nice but feeling a bit dry
(good excuse to lavish loads of handcream on afterwards!)

Lovely nails Sawan. Reminds me I need to PYTN tonight. Now that the sandel wearing weather has arrived I need to make an extra effort on the upkeep of my toe nails.

I have tried this one scrappie and you're right it's lush. I only had one of the small tubes of it. I do actually like Liz Earle Skin Repair for night time use and will probably go back to using this once I've finished the two night creams I have in use and in my stash (Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference and No7 Night Cream). I bought both on offer as I tend to find that any moisturiser at night works well for me although saying that I've been supplementing it this last week with the Goodworks oil that I picked up. I've moved to an office with air con and it's really drying my skin out.

Sawan I will be painting my nails today - and my toes too. Will let you know the colours later. Yours look fabulous. My daughter's getting into nail art and has painted her toe nails with a black polish with little white polka dots on top. I don't have the patience though.

I must admit that that sounds fabulous!!

Can you let us know if you find this product as effective please! :)

Just what I was thinking Bronnie.

Enjoy your Devon bound holidays ladies (Sounds like your off together :D)

I was having a bit of a clear out again last night. This time through the mound of handbags that I own and I found some long forgotten toiletry gifts in one of them.

    So some INs

Model Co Lash and Brow growth serum (in a mascara type cylinder)
A new lip balm (from some national campaign)
    Too Faced Mascara
Too Faced Glittery Black liquid eye liner. (looks a bit scary to use )

Also my Clinique eye make up remover is spluttering too. Think there is only a few nights applications left in there then onto the L'Oreal one that EH has recommended. I must admit I am a little bit excited at the thought of using this (night be the actual money I might save if it replaces my Clinique one) *feels giddy*

I used Philosophys The Promise yesterday for the first time and I am liking it. When I put it on you have to wait 2 minutes before you put anything on and you can feel it setting and tightening my skin(not in an unpleasant way). I was a bit concerned that it would be a bit greasy as someone on here (sorry can't remember who) said that they were not too keen on it because of that. But it felt fine on my skin. I even got a couple of compliments - one even said my skin was looking airbrushed like porcelain :D:D:D. Got this at TK Maxx to try for £5.99. So far so good.

It really has been quite quiet on here - everyone must be out enjoying the sun except in Glasgow. Yesterday we had some rain and today it is overcast :(

I have UU Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blusher , i WBA, this is my HG and i love the subtle glow it gives me. Once this is almost finished i will be replacing it, or sooner if Max Factor is on any sort of offer when it's time to replace my foundation.

I bought some more Vo5 mousse yesterday because i'm almost out. It was any 2 products for £4.50 so i got Ds1 some hair gel he wanted too.

I love this blusher too hollyh, I have two colours, a light one for summer and a darker one for winter. It was on 3 for 2 a while back so guess that will come around again.

Boots are doing the £5 facial skincare vouchers again, few extra lines added since the last one. They don't seem like a good deal anymore, I think they are doing them too often really, it will be no7 again probably before long. I have one from my shop yesterday, if I do decide to use it I will try to wait till the day before it expires so I don't get another one.

Have a couple of splutterers, johnsons hand cream, just a few days left in this and head and shoulders hydrating smooth and silky conditioner - love this stuff although I have never had dandruff so can't say whether it works for that but my hair is very soft after using.

Kids got 12 easter eggs today, me and DH got 3, we currently have 10 creme eggs and loads of little chocs which I used for the easter egg hunt in the garden, obscene really:eek:, they will be eaten over a long period of time not all in the next couple of days but still it's a bit much, MIL is responsible for most of them.

    Happy Easter Ladies :D

Blimey it's cold here - especially after the heat of the last few days :snow_grin

The James Brown shampoo is still annoying me - my hair looks and feels great after washing but it feels icky and greasy within 24 hours. I don't usually wash my hair everyday but feel like I have to using this.

ETA: Just had a thought - maybe they know this and thats why the set came with a dry shampoo? Hmmmm :D

I've just bid on an S&G set on eBay - slap my wrists :o

ah well - back to the chocolate :rotfl:
