Maybe they contaced the DWP to let them know that they were feeling much better. Treatment had workded and they could even attend Zumba classes and do more jobs around the garden...0 -
To fill the form in based only on your worst day is actually incorrect, especially if you have a variable illness.
It is advised to fill in the form giving information for good days, normal days and bad days....plus then it means it can't come back to bite you in the bum for doing things on a good day and someone reporting it!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Next week though my OH might be confined to their bed for the entire week due to various mental health/disability problems.
Every time we fill in the DLA forms we get told by the CAB/Benefits Advisers to fill them in based on your worse day.
So, OP go and take your green eyes and f**k off...
Filling out your dla forms on your worst days is fraudulent .:eek:Mum/carer to Dallas who has Aicardi Syndrome, everyday i look at you makes my life fulfilled.0 -

the OP reported what she believed to be fraud, and now the alleged fraudster has lost her benefits. Sounds like a real win to me. Get rid of the fraudsters, and there is money for the genuine.0 -

Also most (all?) local authorities have an assisted collection service for people who struggle with putting the bins out. And, at least in my area, you don't have to be in receipt of DLA, a doctor's letter, or a letter from another professional with knowledge of your condition will suffice.
Thanks for this Daisy. I've just filled in the form to request it. I suffer from depression and agoraphobia and receive LRC and LRM. My neighbour's husband normally takes the bin down for me but he's been working away the last couple of weeks.I suffer from depression, agoraphobia and panic attacks.
On a good day I can get showered, unfortunately they are few and far between at the moment so you better stand downwind of me.0 -

Of course we have no proof and the papers are usually hot on this type of story, but I see nothing.
Don't be surprised if you see them reinstated, since not enough time has passed for an appeal to be heard, and if geniune, she will be re awarded and backpaid also.
Given that it can take months for an appeal, she will be very well off if she wins her case, and if she does and the medical profession back her, I would not like to be in your shoes when she finds out you grassed.
Nothing worse than a jealous grasser IMHO, and karma will bite you if this is the case.“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0 -
I recently took stock of the latest Motability Brochure and in it was a DVD about the scheme. One of the people in it was talking to her neighbour about it while she was sat on a cusion thing digging a flower border with a trowel. Obvisouly this DVD is probagating DLA HRM Fraud LMAO LMAO!!!0

I can't believe the negative attitude towards someone who is trying to do right. This Saturday I watched Blue badge holders park and run to and from our local supermarket to avoid getting wet. At least 50% of the people parking and displaying badges did not have a problem with mobility. But that's OK as nobody misuses the "blue badge" and the people sprinting must have hidden disabilities or are partaking in exercise to aid their recovery.
So the next you want to park and manage to find a free disabled space, just remember to thank the "jealous grasser" .
Only fraudsters should be worried about being reported . Genuine claimants have nothing to hide.0
