It can my case was calculated on CS2 by mistake a year ago another mistake by the Csa there is a previous thread on here about it and after that mistake was sorted I was put back on Cs1 so yes it can be unconverted but thankyou for ur advice0

thing is, proving it to be fraudulent will be nigh on impossible.
they would only have to "split up" for a day for her to put in a claim.
you'll find the CSA will have little or no interest in pursuing it. there's nothing in it for them. they don't spend time on this sort of stuff cos it doesn't help them hit the ridiculous targets set by management.
the onus would be on you to prove it and feed them the information. and even then you'd have a fight on your hands getting the chimps to act on the info recieved.
Well I agree with this but the claim was put in on March 2nd and they are still together so to me this is fraudulent as the claim hasnt been cancelled.0 -

I'm not sure, but a good question to ask?PreludeForTimeFeelers wrote: »There's very little evidence you could show to prove that they're not together, so it sounds as if the new case will go ahead, and a consequence of that will be your case will also migrate to CS2. If the amount you are currently getting is different to how much you should get on CS2 then this new amount will be phased in.
She wants to prove they ARE together still, I think. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Sorry, that's what I meant, I think you'll struggle.
If they have put in a fraudulent claim, all they have to do is fully co-operate with the CSA, get the assessment in place, then call to say they've reconciled, and they would have successfully got away with it.0 -
out of curiosity, how much is the difference between csa1 and csa2 on his circs?NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -
Speedster, its a lot shall we say its gone down by a third put it this way it will only cover my daughters school dinners, and before any1 jumps on this i am not a money grabber I asked for a private agreement ages ago with NRP and he wasnt interested as he never wants to pay for his child0

how often does your dd go there? Get her to write a diary of who was there and stayed over when she visited - get pics from a mobile or something and pass it to the CSA.0

Its by Court Order every other weekend Kelloggs, I know NRP is on partners car insurance so both there cars would be registered at the partners address do you think they will look into things like that?0
-
Have just come off the phone with Csa NRP has given them an alternative address im assuming its his Mothers, however he is still living with the partner that I know for a fact, just having difficulty in proving. Seems as NRP has given a different address would he have to change bank, dvla, work info etc to this address would the Csa look into that?0
