Well done shermanator - it is the same old thing - hang in there, and eventually, you get what you should've been entitled to! People tend to forget that while you're waiting on the child support to be sorted, you may get into debt trying to cover expenses (causing more expense through interest etc.) - and you go without certain things as a parent to ensure that your child gets the things they need. Enjoy the arrears payment, had the NRP paid when supposed to, at the rate supposed to, then it wouldn't have had to come to this. Well done you xo

Just an update, CSA phoned me today with some good news my assessment on CS2 with arrears is the same a week as it was on CS1 (without arrears included) Im happy!!! NRP fuming, just goes to show cheats and liars never prosper :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Oh I forgot to add if he gets a DEO its 40% of his wage on CS2 but on CS1 its only 30% which is better all round at least now I might get the arrears before my daughters 30 yrs old its been a good day!!!! :)

Well that just shows that lying and cheating is not profitable in the end ;)

    Glad you got sorted x
