Is your case being converted to CS2 now?
  • Yes it is its not that, that bothers me its the lying saying there not a couple as someone has already said on here it makes the maintenance even lower I just think its terrible that a Father would go to those extremes :(

You just have to brush yourself down and move on I'm afraid, as you can see via these boards some father's will go to great lengths to dodge the CSA. Rise above it, it won't happen overnight and it will give you time to adjust if you include your child support into your budget.
    *SIGH*
    :D
  • Just an update, CSA phoned me today with some good news my assessment on CS2 with arrears is the same a week as it was on CS1 (without arrears included) Im happy!!! NRP fuming, just goes to show cheats and liars never prosper :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

LOL! Ha, ha, ha, ha! Love it. Well, he may as well move back in with the new ex then. Oh, just desserts.
  • Oh I forgot to add if he gets a DEO its 40% of his wage on CS2 but on CS1 its only 30% which is better all round at least now I might get the arrears before my daughters 30 yrs old its been a good day!!!! :)

Glad to hear that it's worked out quite well in the end :-)
  • This is though, he will have known, well before you, exactly what the monthly amount was going to be. Easy to work out and clearly he's very familiar with CSA rules. He'e probably looking at the longer term picture. Personally I think that the impression you're giving (i.e. jumping around laughing at him paying more than you think he'd thought), is that things have got very vindicative between you both with regards to money
  • Thats a quick judgement to make and everyone is entitled to their opinion but I have gone years with him him dodging payments hence why the arrears are in the thousands after waiting 10 years for secure payment i believe I have the right to celebrate and I will :)
